a landscape oil painting of the two barns in Grantham by exit 14 off I-89. Last summer I painted a couple different versions en plein air and over the winter I created this larger version of the scene. The title, 'Before the Fall' refers to the fact that one of the barns (the one on the left) has fallen down earlier this year.
